The Gymnastics course focuses on pure bodyweight movement exercises for CrossFit. Coach Johnny covers everything from handstand push ups, to toes-to-bar, to bar muscle ups.

This course not only helps you develop bodyweight strength, but also teaches you to learn full body control. If you’re tired of using bands for your pull ups, or constantly scaling the gymnastics portion of a metcon, this is the class to take. All levels are welcome!

Monday / Wednesday / Friday @ 7:00am and 5:30pm
